World’s smallest Ice Hotel. We kid you not, it’s an igloo!

You know those seasonal hotels made up of snow and sculpted blocks of ice like the Jukkasjärvi Ice Hotel in Quebec or the Bâlea Lake Ice Hotel in Romania ? Well this isn’t one of them.

Pierre in Cambridge, Massachusetts has built his own igloo in front of his house. The igloo, located on Putnam Ave, is totally decked out, too, providing a one-person mat on top of a blue tarp. No dibs for a heating solution though. You’ll have to make due. You can get it for just $10 per night.

Apparently, Pierre has erased the rent advert on the local classifieds website AirBnb, in which he originally posted the ad, but we managed to take a snapshot before this happened:
In his advert, Pierre states that he perfected perfected his igloo building skill in a trip through Siberia. He also mentioned:

This is an igloo.

Yes. It is very cool. Juno made it.

Comfortably fits 1, or 2 if curled up. You can use the house bathroom and kitchen if you need. Tarp and yoga mattress provided. You’ll need to bring your sleeping bag.

A commenter in the Boston Magazine article suggested that Pierre might have used an igloo making tool called the Icebox by Grandshelters. All you wannabe igloo artists go ahead and research this!

Well, as the inuits say Pierre, ᐊᔪᙱᒋᐊᕐᓗᑎᑦ with your sale!
